Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 hours.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is on the way.


Store Pickup

  • Location: APD – 201–203 Port hacking Rd, Miranda NSW 2228

  • Pickup available daily from 7:00 am.

  • You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.


Local Delivery (Sydney Metro)

  • Standard delivery time: 2–3 business days.

  • Out-of-stock items: allow 7–10 business days.

  • Orders placed before 10:00 am (Mon–Fri, 7:30 am–5:00 pm) are eligible for same-day delivery If items in stock.

  • Orders placed outside these hours will be eligible for delivery the next business day if items in stock.

  • Once your order is out for delivery, you’ll receive an email with real-time tracking.


Flat Rate Shipping

  • Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours via our preferred shipping partners.

  • A flat rate shipping fee applies for Sydney Metro deliveries (fee will be confirmed at checkout).

  • Currently, we do not ship outside Australia.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order weight.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Refunds will be processed for the order amount minus shipping costs.

  • Special orders may not be eligible for return (or may be subject to a re-stocking fee, discussed case by case).

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@australianprofileddoors.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
