Orders are processed within 2–3 hours.

Store Pickup

Pickup available daily from 7:00 am.

You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
Local Delivery (Sydney Metro)

Standard delivery time: 2–3 business days.

Out-of-stock items: allow 7–10 business days.

Orders placed before 10:00 am (Mon–Fri, 7:30 am–5:00 pm) are eligible for same-day delivery If items in stock.

Orders placed outside these hours will be eligible for delivery the next business day if items in stock.

Once your order is out for delivery, you’ll receive an email with real-time tracking.
Flat Rate Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours via our preferred shipping partners.

A flat rate shipping fee applies for Sydney Metro deliveries (fee will be confirmed at checkout).

Currently, we do not ship outside Australia.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refunds will be processed for the order amount minus shipping costs.

Special orders may not be eligible for return (or may be subject to a re-stocking fee, discussed case by case).
