INFRASTRUCTURE
EQUINEX SY5 ALEXANDRIA
To support the rising need for high-density power, advanced cooling and interconnection as demand for digital infrastructure accelerates including artificial intelligence (AI), Equinix, the world’s digital infrastructure company®, invested AU$240 million (approx. US$160 million) to add a total of 4,175 cabinets to two of its International Business Exchange™ (IBX®) data centres - SY5 in Sydney
INFRASTRUCTURE
ROZELLE INTERCHANGE
The Rozelle Interchange is an underground motorway interchange in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It was built as part of West Connex and opened to traffic on 26 November 2023. The interchange includes a toll-free bypass of Victoria Road between the Iron Cove Bridge and the Anzac Bridge known as the Iron Cove Link.
The interchange is located at the site of the former Rozelle Rail Yards. It is one of largest and most complex underground junctions in the world. It has three storeys of tunnels, with the deepest being 65 metres (213 ft) below ground.

LANG WALKER MEDICAL RESEARCH BUILDING
This visionary project is a testament to the power of collaboration. It brings together Western Sydney University, South Western Sydney Local Health District, the Ingham Institute for Applied Medical Research, and UNSW Sydney, with generous support from the Walker Corporation. The goal? To unite world-leading researchers and clinicians from diverse disciplines to tackle complex health challenges in South Western Sydney.

LIVING IN ACCOMMODATION - HMAS CREWSWELL
Short-term Living in accommodation for 156 naval personnel at HMAS Creswell. The buildings were constructed using Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA). Factory built panels were transported and erected on site which mitigated site constraints and remote site limitations.
INFRASTRUCTURE
MATTHEW PEARCE PUBLIC SCHOOL UPGRADES
The upgrade of Matthew Pearce Public School will provide additional fit-for-purpose classrooms and new facilities to meet anticipated enrolment growth in North West Sydney. The project will deliver 3 new buildings with new flexible modern classrooms and facilities for specialist support classes which will replace demountable buildings, a new hall with outside of school hours care facilities (OOSHC), new student amenities, and a new sports field and running track.
