DOOR PROFILING

We can site-measure your project using precision measuring machines, ensuring every detail is captured with absolute accuracy. Each door is then profiled and cut to fit its exact opening, with perfect margins, lock cut-outs, and all other required hardware preparations.

We also supply doors with fire-rated meeting stiles, fully fitted with lock and hardware cut-outs, bottom seals, flush bolts, and more—delivered ready for installation.

In addition, we provide steel-clad doors, fully capped and pre-prepared with hardware cut-outs. This eliminates the need for any onsite cutting, saving valuable time while guaranteeing a flawless finish.

PRE HANG

We can also pre-hang doors, ready for direct installation into new frames. Simply order your frame and door, and we will deliver them perfectly shaped to fit—no cutting required.

For added convenience, we can supply the door with all required hardware pre-fitted, ensuring a seamless, time-saving installation process. We can even pre-backfill fire-rated frames, saving valuable site time and eliminating onsite mess.
